It had a particularly good and unbeatable setting close enough to central, San Marco square and `` worst '' venice.

In our opinion, it’ s a useful base for travelling to Venice. The place is very close to great restaurants, shops & sightseeing and the water bus.

Good central location, close to main square, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Clean apartment with air conditioning. Easy check-in process. Lovely view of canal boats passing by.

Here you can cook a meal in a kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Marco Polo airport is 30 minutes drive away. Private parking for guests.

The location was excellent, with everything within a 5-minute walk - transportation, San Marco, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and although there was no coffee maker, finding coffee was easy in Venice. The check-in process was smooth, and the map provided was clear. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the view of the canal boats passing by was charming.

the apartment was big size and in a great location just off main square and `` worst '' venice. the bed with hypoallergenic pillows was good. the bathroom with a bidet was a bonus. walked in 5 minutes to cafe florian that serves coffee and treats.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The view from our apartment overlooking the canal was absolutely beautiful. The apartment itself was clean, well-furnished, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the prompt communication with the property manager and the easy check-in process. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Venice.

I recently stayed at Apartments In San Marco With Canal View for a short family vacation. The location was perfect, close to all the major sights and within walking distance to San Marco square. The apartment itself was charming and clean, with a lovely view of a small canal from the window. The check-in process was smooth and the property manager was very responsive. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the two separate bathrooms, which were a bonus for our group. a great place to stay for families with young children.

The stay at this incredible apartment was mind-blowing! The 5 flights of stairs were worth it as we were greeted by a beautiful balcony overlooking rooftops and an amazing view of St Peter’s in the distance. The air conditioning was a life-saver during the heat wave. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home. Despite being so close to many attractions and delicious restaurants, the apartment was a peaceful haven. We walked everywhere as it was easily accessible. The location was absolutely spot on and the apartment was clean and perfectly equipped for our family of 4. Watching gondolas go past the living room windows was jaw-droppingly awesome. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. It was very close to lots of great restaurants, cafes, and a laundromat. The excellent water pressure in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Although there was a lack of a coffee maker, the kitchen had everything else we needed and coffee was easily found all over the city. The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating for senior people to relax. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with ramps and elevators available, making it easy for seniors to navigate around the premises.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and helpful staff. It would have been appreciated if the children working there had provided more assistance and guidance during our stay.
